Senator Mike Lee spends hours filibustering on Senate floor against Ukraine funding

The day before the big game... Senator Mike Lee wasn't preparing Super Bowl snacks, but instead a nearly four hour long speech against funding the Ukraine war. Was it waste of time? There was a plan to address both border security and Ukraine funding... but that died last week and a new proposal solely focused on Ukraine has been brought up.
