Possible 10% cut for Utah's higher education institutions

Mike Schultz has a message for Utah's higher education institutions: Buckle up and get budgeting. Schultz is asking Utah universities to cut their spending by 10% ahead of the upcoming legislative session. Schultz said he is concerned about increasing administrative costs and is focused on making sure the schools are operating efficiently in the face of the skyrocketing price of a college degree. House Speaker Mike Schultz joins Dave to talk about college costs and budget cuts.
