No more mail in voting? Proposal would change the way Utahns vote   

Voting security has always been top of mind. In a new bill brought to Capitol Hill by Rep. Jefferson Burton, would require voters to drop off their ballots to voting locations and show ID for it to be counted and change the way mail in voting works.
