More apartments, less renters

There has been a resurgence of discounts for apartment rentals that shows the market may be cooling down and that Utah may have more apartment rentals than people looking for them. Utahns know we've had people from other states move here... is it possible they are now moving out? Dejan Eskic, Housing Analyst at the Kem C.
