AAA adds EV Charging Rates to new "Fuel Price" reporting

A switch in how nationwide gas prices are reported by a leading price-watch group, AAA,  caught D2's eye this morning. AAA will now collect and publish EV charging prices from stations across the country... in Kilowatt hours -- Utah one of the lowest at 29-cents...
