History shows us that recounts don't often reverse outcomes, but we're in the midst of a recount in the Republican primary for Congressional District 2 between Celeste Maloy and Colby Jenkins. Lannie Chapman, Salt Lake County Clerk, joins Debbie and Taylor to bring us the latest on the recount process in Salt Lake County.
