Morris Knights talks with Matthew Nagatomi and Yuki Nishimura on the Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival. It is one of California's most prominent celebrations of Japanese traditions. The festival celebrates the blooming of the cherry blossoms which includes performances, traditional arts, live music, and more.

Morris Knight talks with Bridgette about the San Francisco African American Chamber of Commerce. It's a 52-year-old non-profict organization. Their main purpose is to help with the barriors that black owned businesses face in today's economy.

Morris Knight talks with Shari Wooldridge of National Coalition of 100 Black Women. They are a nonprofit organization in the Bay Area that supports and advocates for the bettermeant of lives for black women and girls in the community.

Morris Knight talks with Brazjea Johnson and Donald Duggan about First Tee Oakland. First Tee Oakland caters to the youth, using golf to teach them life skills on the golf course. It's an after school program that has about 15 to 30 kids.

Morris Knight talks with Dr. Larry Kwan about St. Anthony Foundation. St. Anthony Foundation has been around since 1950 feeding the neighbors of the Tenderloin. They feed them 2,000 meals a day, along with free clothing program, hygiene help, where they provide showers, a clinic where people can get primary care and behavior health addiction care.

Renee noticed her women clients were burned out, they were putting themselves last, starting to feel some depression, some anxiety, and Renee was also feeling burned out as a woman herself. This book was to really help readers, particularly women, to give themselves strategies and tools to prioritze themselves, and impowerly choose themselves

Billy Vidal talks with Daniel Cardanas about Toys for Tots in Alameda. It's the 77th anual program, which started in October and goes through December 18th. Toys for Tots is a program run by the Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. 

Morris Knight talks with Tamara Walker about the Livable City Program. They have an upcoming event called Feeding 5,000 Families, which is the 5th annual event taking place on December 14th. It started with San Francisco's faith based coalition where they realized families were in dior hunger needs and they all came together to produce this event every year during the holidays.
