Rep. Hernandez joined Arizona's Morning News to talk about a new bill, HB4109, that focuses on school safety. The bill, called "Michael's Law" would require school districts to immediately alert law enforcement when life-threatning violence occurs on campus OR when a threat involving a deadly weapon nis directed toward campus.
