A threat that forced the lockdown of a Scottsdale high school on Wednesday came from out of the country, according to police. These types of school threat incidents have been increasing recently. Joining the show to talk more about how these threats have nearly doubled this past month is Detective Richard Encinas with the Mesa Police Department.
