Border arrests by the numbers

Arrests for illegal border crossings are on the rise for the first time in about five months, but the numbers are still hovering near four-year lows. Authorities detained around 54,000 people before the end of August and the numbers suggest these arrests could be slowing down. We talk about what changes got us here including reports that say Mexican authorities have increased enforcement within their own borders.
