A star-studded bat mitzvah happened on this day

On this day in 2005, rapper 50 Cent and members of Aerosmith preformed as part of the multi-million dollar bat mitzvah for Long Island 13-year-old Elizabeth Brooks. Stars Kenny G, Don Henley, Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty also made appearences as part of the $10 million event in New York's famous Rainbow Room. But there was more to be uncovered about the father who shelled out the cash for this party.
