What does it take to donate a kidney to a stranger?

There was a story recently about a woman who donated a kidney to a man she met while hiking Y mountain. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View about what it takes to love your fellow man on that level. What can we do, even on a much simpler scale, to love and care for each other?
