Should we require Utah schools display the Ten Commandments?

There is a bill before the Utah legislature that would require all schools to display a poster of the Ten Commandments. What is the goal here? Is it to invite lawsuits that would inevitably come? Or is it to teach values, which could be taught in a way that doesn't violate the constitution? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this bill on A Woman's View.
