Should we lower the requirements to be qualified as a teacher in Utah?

We have been affected by a teacher shortage here in Utah, as many states have been. Is part of the answer lowering the requirements for teachers so more professionals can work in the classroom? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View, all three current or former teachers, what they think.
