Should we have a right to disconnect in the United States?

We saw Australia join a handfull of other countries who have passed laws guaranteeing the right to disconnect. This is the right to ignore your boss if it's your off work hours. Should we have such a law? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this on A Woman's View.
