Episode Description

The Supreme Court heard arguments this week on a case from Oregon. The city made it against the law to sleep outside. The homeless people went to court and argued that law was a violation of the 8th Amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishment. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View what the answer is. Her guests this week include Meghan Holbrook, Senior Vice President with Zions Bank, Ganel-Lyn Condie, popular speaker, host, author and mental health advocate, and Mary Richards, journliast for Church News.
