Protecting the legislature's ability to change or repeal voter initiatives

The Utah legislature passed a state constitutional amendment this week that would protect their ability to amend or repeal any voter initiative passed in the state. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson wanted to get her guests' take on this issue on A Woman's View.
