How can we not support the downwinders?

Some people, particularly young people, don't know what or who the downwinders are. Maybe that's what makes it easy for them to vote down the government funding to care for these people who got terrible cancers after nuclear testing in the West. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this important issue on A Woman's View.
