From federal grant freeze to panic to never mind

This week a massive freeze on federal grants was supposed to go into effect on Tuesday at 5:00. Millions around the country were caught off guard and didn't know how it would affect them. Lawsuits were immediately filed. Then the administration rescinded the freeze - never mind. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View what they think about that and the offer to federal employees to be paid through September and resign.
