Developing downtown is like a relay race

Economist Natalie Gochnour wrote an op-ed in the Salt Lake Tribune about how the process of developing cities to meet their potential is like a relay race - this generation hands the baton off to the next. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View how they feel about the Smith Entertainment Group's plans to redevelop downtown Salt Lake City.
