Changes to the Supreme Court - Term limits? Code of conduct?

President Biden has suggested some changes to the Supreme Court. One is term limits. The other is the implimentation of ethical standards. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View what they think about these suggestions.
