A Surgeon General warning label on parenting?

This week the Surgeon General put out a warning about parenting. We're used to surgeon general warnings on cigarettes and even social media - but parenting? It's because of the stress. How can we help parents with this stressful time? How can we help ourselves? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this on A Woman's View.
