11 Major Challenges Utah Women Face

A new research brief was released this week that details the 11 Major Challenges Utah Women Face. Thousands of Utah women responded to questions and told the researchers that their greatest challenge was lack of recognition. These respondents spoke to gender expectations and work-related inequities. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this study. Her guests this week include Dr. Susan Madsen, founder/director of the Utah Women and Leadership Project and the Karen Haight Huntsman endowed professor of leadership in the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and Barbara Smith, Director of Communications for Sandy City.
