Ten years ago, Kristina Killebrew noticed too many students were missing school dances because they couldn't afford things like a dress, tux, shoes, jewelry, or makeup. So, she started Second Chance Prom Ministry out of Rio Revolution Church in Maryville, TN. People donate anything a student could use for a school dance making going to the event possible for many in East Tennessee. This years event is February 26th from 8a-12p at Rio Revolution Church.
