Episode Description
When you hear the word Thanksgiving, what comes to mind? Turkey? Football? Family get togethers? Have you ever thought about those who are less fortunate and may not be able to take part in the traditions of Thanksgiving? Many of those people live around us, and need our help now more than ever. Today on Community Spotlight, Kara Irani from MANNA FoodBank in Asheville, NC shares with us how her definition of Thanksgiving has changed since seeing the need around us, and gives us some ideas of how we can help.
